I have read, understand and agree to all vendor application information above.

All Vendors must carry a General Liability and an Automobile policy (if applicable) with a $1 Million Minimum. Certificate of Liability Insurance documents naming Chennault Fest, City of Monroe, Friends of the Chennault Aviation & Military Museum of Louisiana, Inc., General Claire Chennault Foundation, and Named Insured must be provided. (Event Insurance - Available in many ways starting at around $40 for the weekend- call for questions)

No electricity is available at the festival. Generators with a noise level of 80 decibels or less are permitted. NO OTHER GENERATORS WILL BE ALLOWED. I Understand and Acknowlege

Vendor acknowledges and agrees to allow any photograph, video, likeness and/or voice to appear in any documentary, promotional (including advertisements), television, radio, electronic or film coverage of the Chennault Fest without compensation or further notice, and agrees and assigns all copyright or other interests therein to Chennault Fest.

The Chennault Fest has the right, without penalty, to enter and inspect your booth, or to deny entrance to the show and/or booth to anyone because of their conduct, noncompliance with the aforementioned designated hours, or for life, health or safety reasons and for the best interests of the Festival.

Each Vendor Receives a designated number of tickets for their booth that is included in the vendor fee below. Each Non-Food 10x10 Vendor will include 3 weekend admissions. Each Non-Food 10x20 Vendor will include 4 weekend admissions. Food 10x10 Vendor will include 3 weekend admissions, Food Vendor 10x20 will include 4 weekend admissions, Food Vendor 10x30 will include 5 weekend admissions. Additional employees must purchase admission ticket to be allowed into the show. Weekend passes available.

Vendor understands that if at any time after the Festival starts, in the event of any local, state, federal, military, FAA or any other official entity determine we cannot host the festival event due to matters beyond our control — including but not limited to accidents, weather, COVID or acts of God – no refunds will be issued.

Vendor understands that no solicitation of festival goers will be allowed outside of their purchased booth space. Non-Compliance can result in removal of vendor booth.

The Chennault Fest will establish hours when the Vendor may enter the Festival premises in order to setup, operate or take down the attractions, will establish assigned attraction and parking areas and reserves the right to make changes, including changes to the Vendor areas so they do not conflict with the Festival operations.

I understand that not all applications will be accepted. You will be notified and refunded if your application is not accepted.

Each Vendor is required to bring all necessary equipment. For Tents, Weights of at least 25 pounds per leg will be required. All tents, tables and chairs must be provided by the vendor. Vendors are responsible for all items needed. The festival will only provide a location.

Chennault Fest will do our best to not place duplicate items in close proximity to each other. This however is not guaranteed. Placement will be done for all vendors at the sole discretion of the Chennault Fest.

I understand that this application is not considered submitted until payment is received by Chennault Fest.
